A The product will be packed bags, then inner carton boxes, and put into wood pallet at last.

Q Packaging
A Usually, cartons are packed on pallets and fixed, then put into containers. The departure ports for sea shipping are Qingdao ports. Airports are in Beijing, Shanghai etc. Optional courier includes UPS/FEDEX/DHL/TNT, etc.

Q Lead time
A The lead time for orders is about 20-30 days, and will vary with the quantity of the order. Samples are usually delivered in about 7 days, and custom samples are available on a case by case basis.

For custom product, it’s better to include a picture.After confirming the details of inquiry, you will get a quotation and lead time within one day. Before placing an order, you can get a sample for free. The quality of mass production will be equal to the sample.
Payment term: usually 30% T/T in advance, the balance paid before shipping.
We accept inspection on-site after production finished, and we also provide detailed pictures of the products and packaging before delivery.
We provide 7*24 hours after-sales service.

Q Is on-site welding required during installation?
A No welding, no cutting and no drilling modification is required for our standard seismic support system. All installation adopts bolt connection, which is fast, safe, environmentally friendly and compliant with modern construction standards, effectively improving construction efficiency and reducing fire risk on site.

Q Do your beam clamps need welding during installation?
A No welding required. Our beam clamps are mechanical gripping type, easy to fasten on flange of steel beams, which saves installation time and cost.

Q Can your seismic brackets be installed on steel beams and concrete slabs?
A Yes. We provide matching beam clamps, wedge anchors and expansion bolts. Our fittings can be mounted on steel beams, concrete walls and concrete slabs for different building structures.

Q What sizes of C-channel are available?
A We have multiple standard C-channel sizes. Custom lengths and punching holes are available. Please tell us your project requirements so we can recommend suitable profiles.
