Q The size and weight of package
A The product will be packed bags, then inner carton boxes, and put into wood pallet at last.

Q Packaging
A Usually, cartons are packed on pallets and fixed, then put into containers. The departure ports for sea shipping are Qingdao ports. Airports are in Beijing, Shanghai etc. Optional courier includes UPS/FEDEX/DHL/TNT, etc.

Q Lead time
A The lead time for orders is about 20-30 days, and will vary with the quantity of the order. Samples are usually delivered in about 7 days, and custom samples are available on a case by case basis.

Q How to order
A Contact us by Email/Whatsapp/Wechat/Phone, or leave a message on the website. Tell us the details of your inquiry (like product, quantity, destination).
For custom product, it’s better to include a picture.After confirming the details of inquiry, you will get a quotation and lead time within one day. Before placing an order, you can get a sample for free. The quality of mass production will be equal to the sample.
Payment term: usually 30% T/T in advance, the balance paid before shipping.
We accept inspection on-site after production finished, and we also provide detailed pictures of the products and packaging before delivery.
We provide 7*24 hours after-sales service.
