UTT8003 Insulation Pipe Clamp

High-quality carbon steel / Stainless steel
Surface Treatment:
Electro-galvanized (zinc plating), Hot-dip galvanized
Galvanization Standard:
Minimum zinc coating thickness of 7μm for electro-galvanized finish;
Minimum zinc coating thickness of 45μm for hot-dip galvanized finish
Insulated Anti-Vibration Pad:
Made from UV-resistant thermoplastic elastomer.
Material of the Insulated Pad:
Hard rubber.
Temperature Rating:
45°C to +135°C

Clamp + Insulated Anti-Vibration Pad + Carriage Bolt and Nut
Applications:
Primarily used for securing vibrating pipes with pipe clamps. The pipe is fully wrapped in a flexible rubber seat, effectively eliminating rigid contact points and minimizing vibration. Suitable for use in high and low-pressure piping systems, fire protection systems, refrigeration and HVAC systems, as well as electrical wiring and cable installations.
