UTT63 supporting pipe attachment is a professional seismic pipe connecting component exclusively developed for fire protection sway brace systems. Its unique concentric load layout uniformly bears the force of brace pipes, connecting fittings and locking fasteners, eliminating eccentric stress and greatly improving the overall stability and safety factor of seismic bracing assemblies during earthquake vibration.
Made of solid carbon steel with uniform electro-galvanized anti-corrosion coating, this pipe attachment adapts to dry indoor construction environments such as mechanical rooms, office ceilings and commercial mall pipe shafts. The full size range covers DN65 to DN200 mainstream large-caliber fire steel pipes, with a fixed certified design load of 9000N for all specifications. UTT63 supporting pipe attachment is a double-bolt saddle-style pipe clamp. During construction, wrap the clamp body tightly around the outer wall of the fire steel pipe, align the two sides of the clamp lugs, and lock with supporting hexagon bolts to form a firm pipe fixing point. The upper connecting structure of the fitting reserves a standard connecting interface for SCH40 bracing pipes, realizing concentric force transmission between the pipeline and seismic brace without additional conversion accessories. The installation process only requires conventional hand torque tools, without customized special molds or fixtures.
