UTT10Q C-clamp structural attachment is a third-party certified seismic structural anchor fitting specially designed for fire protection sway brace systems. When combined with UTT series pipe clamps and 1-inch SCH40 bracing pipe, it forms a complete certified seismic sway brace assembly to restrain fire pipelines from seismic displacement and building vibration, fully conforming to NFPA 13 international fire sprinkler installation specifications.
This C-type structural clamp adopts composite high-strength carbon steel and QT450 ductile iron raw materials, covered with uniform electro-galvanized coating to resist oxidation and rust inside mechanical rooms, office ceilings and dry commercial building environments. It features a universal single-size design that supports all fire steel pipes from 2" up to 8", equipped with standard 1/2" structural mounting holes for quick fixing on I-beams, concrete anchor bolts and strut channels. Official UL maximum design load test data is available for tender submission in North American fire engineering projects.
Single C-clamp fits all fire sprinkler pipes up to 8", reduces spare part types and simplifies construction inventory management;
Carbon steel main body + QT450 ductile iron connecting jaw, strong impact resistance and stable long-term seismic load performance;
All bearing indicators pass independent third-party laboratory testing, meets North American fire engineering acceptance requirements;
Torque-controlled shear bolts, tighten until bolt heads snap off to guarantee standardized clamping force without manual torque calculation;
Directly mount onto steel girders, anchor bolts and C-channel steel without extra conversion adapters;
Designed to pair with 1" SCH40 bracing pipe and UTT series pipe attachments to build complete longitudinal/lateral seismic sway brace assemblies;
Clear assembly flow without special customized tools, greatly improving on-site construction efficiency.
Official standardized installation is divided into three sequential steps:
Secure the UTT10Q C-clamp tightly onto building structural members such as steel beams via the 1/2" mounting hole;
Insert 1" SCH40 bracing pipe into the inner cavity of the C-clamp base, ensure the pipe is fully seated at the bottom of the fitting;
Install the designated shear bolt and continuously tighten until the bolt head breaks off automatically to reach certified fixed clamping force.
After installation, connect the other end of the SCH40 brace pipe with UTT series pipe clamps mounted on fire sprinkler pipes to form a complete seismic anti-sway restraint assembly for overhead piping.
Upper structural anchor component for overhead fire sprinkler pipeline seismic sway brace systems;
Commercial building, hospital, shopping mall and high-rise fire protection pipeline seismic support engineering;
Mechanical equipment room large-caliber fire steel pipe anti-seismic displacement restraint;
Construction projects executing NFPA 13 North American fire sprinkler installation codes;
Universal structural connection fitting for both longitudinal and lateral fire pipe sway bracing assemblies.
As a professional manufacturer of UL & CE certified fire seismic bracing fittings, we maintain full stock of UTT10Q C-clamps to support small sample trial orders and large-volume mass bulk shipments.
We supply a full package of official technical tender documents, including UL maximum design load datasheets, CE certification certificates, three-step installation schematic drawings and material inspection reports. Custom laser LOGO marking on clamp body and exclusive neutral export packaging can be arranged per customer project demands. Our professional engineering team provides free fire pipeline seismic layout consultation and on-site construction installation guidance for contractors and engineering firms.
Export Standard Packing: Each C-clamp packed in independent plastic bag, outer reinforced export carton; wooden pallet reinforcement available for large bulk orders to avoid extrusion deformation during sea and air transit.
Lead Time: In-stock UTT10Q products ship within 3–7 working days; customized orders will confirm accurate production schedule based on total order quantity.
Global Logistics Support: We cooperate with professional sea freight, air freight and international express forwarders to deliver certified seismic bracing fittings worldwide for fire protection and MEP construction projects.
