UTT20Q longitudinal "In-Line" sway bracing attachment is a third-party certified seismic restraint component exclusively designed for fire sprinkler pipeline systems. Combined with UTT series structural attachments and 1-inch SCH40 bracing pipe, it forms a full set of longitudinal anti-sway bracing assembly to limit pipe displacement caused by seismic shock and building vibration, fully complying with NFPA 13 fire protection installation specifications.
This fitting adopts composite raw materials of high-strength carbon steel and QT450 ductile iron, with uniform electro-galvanized anti-corrosion coating to adapt to indoor mechanical rooms, mall ceilings, office buildings and other dry commercial construction environments. The complete size series covers DN50 to DN200 mainstream fire steel pipe specifications, with official UL maximum design load test data for each size, which can be directly submitted as technical bidding documents for North American fire engineering projects.
Restrains pipeline in the axial in-line direction, cooperates with lateral sway braces to realize all-round seismic protection for overhead fire pipes;
Carbon steel main clamp body + QT450 ductile iron connecting joint, strong impact resistance and stable long-term bearing capacity;
All load indicators pass official laboratory inspection, fully meet North American fire engineering acceptance standards;
Specified bolt tightening torque of 100~115 N·M ensures consistent clamping force and avoids pipe slipping under seismic load;
Covers 2" to 8" fire sprinkler steel pipes, unified supporting 1" SCH40 bracing pipe, convenient centralized material preparation for construction teams;
Simple assembly steps without special customized tools, effectively shortening on-site construction period.
The official standardized installation is divided into three clear steps:
Secure the UTT20Q pipe clamp tightly around the outer wall of fire sprinkler pipe;
Assemble matching bolts, nuts and connecting accessories in sequence as shown in schematic drawings;
Tighten bolts to specified torque 100~115 N·M, ensure the pipe is fully locked to the bottom of the clamp inner cavity to eliminate installation clearance.
The finished UTT20Q assembly can be connected with various UTT series structural attachments to fix on steel beams, anchor bolts and strut channels, forming a complete overhead seismic bracing system for fire pipelines.
Longitudinal seismic sway restraint for overhead fire sprinkler piping systems;
Commercial building, hospital, shopping mall and high-rise fire protection pipeline seismic bracing projects;
Mechanical equipment room large-caliber fire steel pipe anti-sway fixing;
Construction projects executing NFPA 13 North American fire protection installation codes;
Overhead uninsulated steel pipe longitudinal restraint matching SCH40 bracing pipe.
As a professional manufacturer of UL & CE certified fire seismic bracing fittings, we maintain full stock of all UTT20Q sizes to support small sample trial orders and large-volume bulk shipments.
We provide a complete package of official technical files for tender submission, including UL load datasheets, CE certification reports, three-step installation schematic drawings, dimension parameters and unit weight tables. Custom laser LOGO marking and exclusive export neutral packaging can be arranged according to customer project requirements. Our professional engineering team offers free fire pipeline seismic layout consultation and on-site construction installation guidance for contractors.
Export Standard Packing: Each component packed in separate plastic bag, outer reinforced export carton; wooden pallet packaging for mass bulk orders to prevent extrusion deformation during sea/air transit.
Lead Time: In-stock UTT20Q products ship within 3–7 working days; customized orders will confirm accurate production schedule according to total order quantity.
Global Logistics Support: We cooperate with professional sea freight, air freight and international express forwarders to deliver seismic bracing fittings worldwide for fire protection and MEP construction projects.
