Step-by-Step Installation Guide

1. Secure UTT10Q base tightly onto building structural member with matching standard bolt.

2. Put 1” Sch40 standard bracing pipe into the bottom clamping slot of UTT10Q fitting.

3. Install specified shear bolt and keep tightening until bolt head breaks to complete fixed locking.

4. Connect the other end of bracing pipe with UTT20 series pipe clamp mounted on outer pipe wall.

5. Inspect all connecting tightness before pipeline hydraulic pressure test.
