UTT50 riser clamp is professional vertical fixed pipe support certified by UL and FM, manufactured per A-A-1192A Type8 & ANSI MSS SP58/SP69 Type8 specifications. Made of galvanized carbon steel, specially engineered to bear full dead load of vertical riser pipes and keep pipeline upright & stable, recommended to mount underneath pipe coupling or shear lugs. Two temperature grades available: plain steel withstand up to 650°F, galvanized version max 450°F; complete size range covers DN15~DN200 with M10/M12/M16 matching bolts and graded heavy load capacity, widely used for fire sprinkler vertical riser, MEP plumbing vertical stacks in high-rise and industrial buildings.

4.Ensure full load is transferred via clamp side flanges onto building structural floor/beam.
5.Check clamping tightness and vertical straightness of pipeline before system water pressure test.
