UTT42 adjustable band hanger without swivel nut is one-piece stamped pre-galvanized carbon steel pipe suspension component specially for non-insulated stationary sprinkler piping. Key reinforced part adopts double-layer steel plate design to improve load capacity; vertical height can be adjusted between 5/8 inch ~2 inch by matched threaded rod and two separate nuts (nuts sold separately). Lower nut fine-tunes pipeline mounting gradient, top lock nut prevents loosening caused by pipeline vibration, full specification covers DN20~DN200, widely applied in fire sprinkler, MEP plumbing and industrial fixed pipeline suspension projects.
