UTT8002 dual-material insulated pipe clamp is fitted with graded thickness closed-cell polyurethane inserts to cut off cold bridge and avoid pipeline condensation. Available in zinc-plated carbon steel and stainless steel, it covers DN15~DN300 (1/2''~12'') with optional PU thickness of 20/25/30/40/50mm, specially designed for chilled water, condensate and low-temperature steam condensate pipelines with tiered working load ranging from 0.9kN to 8.93kN.

Overview

UTT8002 is a professional anti-cold-bridge insulated pipe clamp differentiated from conventional bare pipe or ordinary rubber clamps. The clamp body has two material alternatives: zinc plated carbon steel and stainless steel. Equipped with five types of modular high-density closed-cell PU liners in 20/25/30/40/50mm to match various outer insulation sizes, it effectively blocks cold conduction of metal parts and eliminates condensation dripping at supporting positions. Suitable for 1/2''~12'' low-temperature chilled water, condensate and steam drain pipelines, it transfers full pipeline load onto strut channel, saves installation space and construction cost, mainly applied for special low-temperature HVAC pipelines instead of common bare fire pipes.
