UTT BC1 is a professional structural connection component for pipeline support systems. It adopts two material options: high-strength carbon steel and QT450 ductile iron, and provides black raw steel and galvanized anti-rust finishes to adapt to different working environments. The product strictly conforms to Federal Specification WW-H-171 (Type 23) and ANSI/MSS-SP-58 (Type 19 & 23), and shall be installed in accordance with ANSI/MSS-SP-69. It is available in two specifications: 3/8"(M10) and 1/2"(M12). This fitting is widely used for connecting pipeline support assemblies to metal beams, purlins, channel steel and angle iron in steel structure buildings, and requires the setscrew to be fully tightened and torqued against the sloped surface of I-beams to ensure stable bearing performance.

1.Select UTT BC1 in M10 or M12 size according to on-site installation requirements.
2.Place the attachment onto the top or bottom position of target I-beam, purlin, channel steel or angle iron.
3.Align the setscrew with the sloped side of I-beam.
4.Tighten the setscrew and apply specified torque to lock the fitting firmly in place.
5.Assemble matched pipe clamps and bracing components to complete the whole support system installation.
