UTT BC4 is a mini-sized structural connection component for pipeline support and seismic bracing systems. It adopts two material options including carbon steel and high-toughness QT450 ductile iron, and is equipped with black raw steel and galvanized anti-rust finishes to adapt to different working environments. The product fully meets Federal Specification WW-H-171 (Type 23), ANSI/MSS-SP-58 (Type 19 & 23) and follows the installation requirements of ANSI/MSS-SP-69.
It has two standard sizes of 3/8"(M10) and 1/2"(M12) with a rated maximum load of 6.8kN. This compact fitting is suitable for connecting pipeline support assemblies on metal beams, purlins, channel steel and angle iron. During on-site installation, users must tighten the setscrew and apply standard torque on the sloped surface of I-beams to ensure stable connection and safe load bearing.
Core Function: Connect pipeline supports to the top and bottom of metal beams, purlins, channel steel and angle iron

1.Fire Sprinkler System: Structural connection for sprinkler pipe bracing on compact steel beams and purlins of commercial and industrial buildings.
2.Steel Structure Construction: Small-size connecting fitting for MEP pipeline supports on narrow installation spaces of I-beams, channel steel and angle iron.
3.Seismic Bracing Engineering: Standard certified compact connector for seismic sway brace assemblies in space-limited steel frame projects.
1.Select M10 or M12 size of UTT BC4 according to on-site installation space and load demands.
2.Place the attachment on the top or bottom position of target metal beam, purlin, channel steel or angle iron.
3.Align the built-in setscrew with the sloped side of the I-beam.
4.Tighten the setscrew and apply specified torque to lock the component firmly.
5.Assemble matched pipe clamps and bracing parts to complete the whole pipeline support system.
1.Strictly complies with US federal standards and international ANSI/MSS specifications for structural attachments and pipe hangers.
2.Black and galvanized surface treatments satisfy general industrial anti-corrosion and surface processing requirements.
3.All finished products pass UL & FM third-party certification, as well as factory dimension inspection and load testing before delivery.
1.Compact Mini Design: Small overall dimension, perfectly suitable for narrow and confined installation spaces where regular connectors cannot be applied.
2.Dual Material Selection: Carbon steel for cost-effective conventional projects, QT450 ductile iron for heavy-load and anti-seismic working conditions.
3.Two Surface Finishes: Black finish for dry indoor environments, galvanized finish for long-term rust prevention in humid areas.
4.Authoritative Dual Certification: UL and FM approvals meet strict acceptance standards for fire protection and international engineering projects.
5.Stable Rated Load: Fixed maximum load of 6.8kN ensures reliable bearing capacity for conventional pipeline support.
6.Wide Compatibility: Matches I-beams, purlins, channel steel and angle iron to meet various steel structure connection needs.
